Elevated Impact Project Scholarship
Empowering Michigan's nonprofits with strategic consulting.
Discover how your organization can benefit from our expertise and elevate your impact in the community.
Every year, we set aside a maximum of 4 consulting engagements — at no cost — for Michigan nonprofits that could use an extra set of hands but just don't have the budget for one yet. This is our way of investing directly in the organizations doing the work.

Who qualifies for the scholarship?
This scholarship is designed for small, under-resourced nonprofits doing meaningful work in their community, but who haven't had the capacity or budget to bring on outside consulting support. To be eligible, your organization must be:
- A registered 501(c)(3), or fiscally sponsored by one.
- Based in, or primarily serving, Michigan communities.
- Operating with an annual budget under $750,000.
- Has not worked with a paid consultant in the past 12 months.
- Able to designate one primary staff or board contact for the duration of the project.

What's included for scholarship recipients?
We are looking to support one organization each year that is poised to make a significant difference. The selected organization will receive:
- Up to 10 hours of dedicated consulting support with Elevated Impact.
- Focused on one clearly defined project, such as a process/procedure audit and improvement with documentation, an event strategy, or strategic planning sessions.
- All work will be completed within 90 days of being awarded the scholarship.
We will work closely with the recipient to scope the specific project together once they are selected, ensuring our time is spent where it's needed most to achieve maximum impact.

Why this scholarship is unique
Unlike other funding opportunities, the Elevated Impact Project Scholarship offers direct, hands-on consulting expertise tailored to your specific organizational needs. We invest our time and knowledge directly into your project, providing tangible outcomes without any financial burden on your part.
What we ask in return: nothing financial! Once the project wraps, we just ask for a short testimonial and your permission to share the story of the work we did together. This helps us continue to advocate for and expand this scholarship opportunity, making a lasting difference for more Michigan nonprofits.

It's a short application — we'd rather hear directly from you than ask you to fill out something lengthy.
