About Us
Elevated Impact was founded to help organizations move from surviving to thriving.
Our mission is to equip organizations with clarity, structure, and collaborative systems that elevate teams, strengthen operations, and expand capacity for impact.

Meet Our Founder & CEO
Jenna has spent the past 10 years working across operations, HR, project/event management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on helping small organizations and businesses build the systems they need to grow. She has developed a deep understanding of how small teams operate, what they need to succeed, and how to design processes that support long-term sustainability. After working with 3 start ups, she is uniquely positioned to help small nonprofits and businesses scale.
Jenna is passionate about empowering teams, creating clarity, and helping organizations move from reactive to strategic. She is always looking for ways to untangle complexity, align systems with business goals, and put practical solutions in place that actually work. If there’s chaos, she's excited to help bring some order to it!
Holding a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a SHRM-CP certification, Jenna is a lifelong learner. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her watching documentaries, reading with her book club, geeking out over astrophysics, or playing volleyball and kickball with Stonewall Detroit.
