Meet our team

Owner, Jenna, and Operations and Engagement Manager, Kaycee, are a dynamic duo. 

Jenna has spent the past 10 years working across operations, HR, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on helping small organizations and businesses build the systems they need to grow. She has developed a deep understanding of how small teams operate, what they need to succeed, and how to design processes that support long-term sustainability. After working with 3 start ups, she is uniquely positioned to help small nonprofits and businesses scale.

Kaycee brings a strong background in compliance, human resources, and organizational leadership. With a passion for people and a knack for building strong operational foundations, she ensures that systems, processes, and partnerships run smoothly. Her ability to balance detail-oriented execution with relationship-centered engagement helps organizations strengthen their capacity from the inside out.
